We do not sell your personal information for money. However, certain analytics and advertising technologies (for example, Google and Meta pixels/cookies) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of identifiers for cross‑context behavioral advertising under CPRA. You may opt out as described below.

How to Opt Out

You can exercise your opt‑out choice using any of the options below. Using multiple options can help extend your choice across devices and browsers.

Browser Signal (Recommended): Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Enable the Global Privacy Control in a supported browser or extension.
When we detect a valid GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser.

Cookie Settings (Consent Manager)

Open our Cookie Settings: /cookie-settings
Turn off “Advertising/Marketing” and, if you wish, “Analytics” cookies.
We will adjust our tags (e.g., Google/Meta) accordingly and honor your selections for that browser.

Logged‑In Account Setting

If you have an account, visit Account > Privacy to set “Do Not Sell or Share” to ON.
This associates your opt‑out with your account, which helps us apply it across your sessions when you are logged in on other devices/browsers.

Email help@bookingmagician.com with the subject line “CPRA Opt‑Out — Do Not Sell or Share.”
Include the email address associated with your account and any relevant device/browser details.
We may request additional information to verify your identity before completing your request.

We will process opt‑out requests as soon as reasonably feasible and no later than required by law (CPRA requires honoring sale/share opt‑outs within 15 business days).

Scope and Limitations

Per‑Browser Nature: Cookie‑based choices and GPC are browser/device‑specific. If you use multiple browsers or devices, repeat your selection on each one.
Logged‑Out Users: If you are not logged in, we cannot associate an opt‑out across sessions/devices unless you use GPC and/or repeat the choice on each browser/device.
Effect on Experience: Opting out may reduce personalization and limit the effectiveness of certain features, but the core Service should continue to function.
Minors: The Service is intended for users 18+ only. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

What Technologies Are Affected?

If you opt out, we will take reasonable steps to limit or disable technologies that qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under CPRA, including certain:

Advertising/retargeting pixels and cookies (e.g., Google/Meta)
Cross‑context behavioral signals used for ad targeting and measurement

Verification, Agents, and Timing

Verification: For logged‑in users, we may verify by your authenticated session. For email requests, we may require you to verify control of your email or re‑authenticate through your account.
Authorized Agents: You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf. We may request proof of authorization and require you to verify your identity directly.
Timing: We aim to process requests promptly and within applicable legal timelines. We will notify our relevant service providers and partners as required.
