Booking Magician does not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising technologies may involve "sharing" or a "sale" of identifiers or website activity under California and similar U.S. privacy laws. This page explains how to opt out.
Your Opt-Out Options
1. Cookie Preferences
Open Cookie Preferences and turn off the Marketing category. You may also turn off Statistics if you do not want optional analytics cookies. Necessary cookies remain active because they support security, authentication, and consent storage.
2. Global Privacy Control
Enable Global Privacy Control ("GPC") in a supported browser or extension. When our website detects a valid GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing for that browser and block marketing tags even if an earlier cookie selection allowed them.

3. Email
Email help@bookingmagician.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." Include the email address associated with your account if you want the request connected to an account. Do not send a password or payment-card number.
Scope
- Cookie Preferences and GPC generally apply to the browser and device where the choice is made. Repeat the choice on other browsers or devices.
- Opting out does not disable transactional reservation alerts, account messages, security functions, or necessary cookies.
- The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.
Technologies Affected
An opt-out prevents or limits technologies used for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional analytics can be controlled separately through Cookie Preferences.
Verification and Agents
A browser-based opt-out does not require identity verification. For an account-level email request or another privacy right, we may ask you to authenticate or confirm control of the account email. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority.
Changes
Non-material changes become effective when the revised page and date are posted. If a change materially affects your rights or how previously collected personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
