We took our name from the sightglass—the small window on a coffee roaster that offers a clear view into the roasting process to ensure our coffee is roasted to perfection. To us, it’s more than a tool, it represents the heart of craftsmanship. A vision of the process, precision, and care that transforms coffee into something truly extraordinary.
