FREVO is a New York City concept gravitating around creative food and art, co-founded by chef Franco Sampogna and restaurateur Bernardo Silva. Located in the heart of Greenwich Village, FREVO features a Michelin-starred restaurant nested behind a contemporary art gallery. The sleek 16-seat counter offers an intimate dining experience, with an open kitchen overlooking the chef's work. The menu evolves continuously, as does the art gallery, which showcases a new exhibition every three months. Rewarded with one Michelin Star since 2022 and nominated as a finalist for Best Chef New York State by the James Beard Foundation, Chef Franco Sampogna was also awarded 2 Knives at The Best Chef Awards 2025. FREVO's beverage program is headed by our Beverage Director, Quentin Vauleon, who was recognized as Best Young Sommelier in France in 2017 and runner-up for Best Sommelier in France 2024. Two tables accommodating up to four guests are also available for a more intimate experience.
