A contemporary art gallery leads to a 16-seat chef's counter and an open kitchen where Chef Franco Sampogna prepares a menu centered on the expressive power of sauces, rooted in classical French technique and shaped by South American and Asian flavors.
FREVO's award-winning wine program is curated by Beverage Director Quentin Vauleon, recognized as Best Young Sommelier in France in 2017 and runner-up for Best Sommelier in France 2024.
The menu, the gallery exhibition, and the wine pairings rotate every four months.
