Equipped with their own on-site noodle lab and custom equipment, their signature al dente noodles are made completely from scratch. Kazan uses a synthesis of cooking techniques borrowing from Japanese and French cultures to create unique and unexpected dishes. They are best known for their truffle chicken broth and spicy Lamb in Lava dish. Everything from the noodles to the broth to the chashu are made in-house, with copious time and care. It's their goal to blend innovation with tradition, and wow you with every bite.
