Know Before You Go Price Each 20-minute photo session is $99. Any additional 20-minute sessions must be booked in advance, with each priced at $99. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Valid admission to EPCOT is required and is not included. (Theme park reservations may also be required based on admission type.) Photo Downloads Priced Separately Photos are not included in the price of your session. While photos can be downloaded for $16.95 each, for the best value, consider purchasing Memory Maker, Memory Maker One Day, or the Disney PhotoPass Downloads add-on to your Walt Disney World Annual Pass to unlock download access to all session photos alongside your other PhotoPass memories. Reservations Book online or via the My Disney Experience app. Advance reservations are highly recommended. A limited number of same-day reservations may be available. Arrival and Check-In Check in by the Kidcot Fun Stop next to Art of Disney—located in the American Adventure Pavilion—at least 10 minutes before your reservation time. Your photographer will meet you there and escort you to your selected location for your photo session, which will last up to 20 minutes. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival. Cancellation Policy If you cancel within 24 hours of the reservation time or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of the session. Times This photo experience is only available during select regular park hours at EPCOT. Locations At the beginning of your session, you can choose the Italy Pavilion, Japan Pavilion, Morocco Pavilion, Germany Pavilion, or American Adventure Pavilion as your photo shoot location. All locations offer waterfront views, including of Spaceship Earth. While not guaranteed, you may be able to visit more than one pavilion per session, if time permits. No access will be provided to attractions, dining locations, Character Greetings, or restricted areas. Your photographer will share which locations are available for your session and provide recommendations. Locations are subject to change based on weather and park operations. Attire & Props Attire and Guest-supplied props must comply with Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules. Wedding attire and clothing that drags on the ground are not permitted. Party Size The maximum party size for a single session is 8 Guests. If there are more than 8 Guests in your party you want included in the photos, you’ll need to book 2 back-to-back sessions, with your second session beginning 30 minutes after the start of your first session. This will allow enough time to capture a variety of creative photos at multiple iconic locations. Photo Availability Only photos meeting Disney’s quality standards will be available to view and download. Please allow up to 48 hours for photos to appear in your PhotoPass gallery.
