Merchant Roots is a boutique fine-dining restaurant. Our menus are heavily theme-driven and immersive. At any given point, our guests could be whisked to the Swiss Alps to scoop up sprinkles of blooms off a green hillside while enjoying a menu of edible flowers, or invited to a Mad Tea Party where they encounter an Apple-of-your-Eye cake featuring a photo of themselves gazing up from the past. Led by Chef Ryan Shelton, we have an intimate team of 5 who all work passionately to design recipes, make plates out of various materials, and fastidiously choose wine pairings. Every three months we change our service format, plateware, menus, and decor dramatically to match our theme. Merchant Roots currently operates Wednesday - Sunday, with seatings at 5:30 and 8:00PM. We look forward to your visit! Your ticket price includes a $6 donation to Merchant Roots Community, a fund that enables our employees to donate to charities of their choice.
