Sushi Takeda by chef Hide Takeda is a culmination of many years of hard work and preparation which is a dream that we are grateful to have the opportunity to share with everyone. Using meticulously sourced seafood from Toyosu Market as well as from the bountiful shores of California, we strive to bring you a unique experience which showcases our passion for the sushi craft. Each fish is individually aged, cured, and marinated with painstaking detail and dedication to the Edo-mae style, the result of decades of training and dedication. The shari is a labor of our love and effort which we spent years fine tuning to achieve optimal results. We believe that every little detail is critical in achieving the perfect bite which is the goal we continue to work towards. With all of the events currently going on, we hope that we can share with you what brings us joy, and that even if just for a moment, we can transport you to a time where we can all enjoy delicious food together.
