Our restaurant is devoted to the art of traditional Edomae sushi.
We offer a refined omakase experience inspired by the quiet intensity of high-end sushi counters in Japan. Simplicity, restraint, and craftsmanship define everything we do.
You will not find fusion elements, theatrical presentations, torched toppings, truffles, or caviar here. Our focus is purely on technique, balance, and the natural character of each ingredient.
The majority of our seafood is carefully selected and sourced directly from Japan, with a strong preference for wild-caught products whenever possible.
We do not provide background music or an extensive wine program. Instead, we offer a thoughtfully curated selection of rare sake imported from Japan.
For guests who appreciate authenticity and precision, we welcome you.
** For wine or sake not on our list, the corkage fee is $100 per bottle for the first two bottles. Starting from the third bottle, corkage is $150 per bottle. An additional fee of $50 per bottle will be added to the corkage fee for bottles that are on our list. There is no bottle limit.
Basically only Fish and Rice( no sweet rice like fusion restaurant ) and Wasabi.
We will NOT accommodate ANY DIETRY RESTRICTIONS and 2 OR MORE ALLEGIES.

There are parking spaces across the street from our restaurant. You need to pay until 6pm except Sunday
