LÝRA’s design will utilize rustic elements of rural Greek landscapes and integrate them into Fulton Market’s contemporary setting. In order to fully execute the vision, LÝRA has partnered with a Greek culinary superstar. The award-winning, internationally-acclaimed Chef, Athinagoras Kostakos, takes full advantage of LÝRA’s custom wood and charcoal burning hearth, by applying island cooking techniques. Expect simple dishes with bold flavors that rely on the quality of their ingredients rather than overly complicated sauces.
