Each course is prepared with meticulous attention to detail and served in a serene setting that allows guests to experience the craft at its most personal. Sushi Amane is located on the lower level of WANO New York. Upon arrival, please check in with the host, who will escort you downstairs. Seatings Currently offered Tuesday through Saturday: 6:00 PM 8:30 PM Beginning July 26, Sushi Amane will welcome guests seven evenings a week, with three nightly seatings: 5:30 PM 7:30 PM 8:30 PM Walk-ins may be accommodated when availability permits. For same-day seating inquiries, please call (347) 770-2255. Reservations Reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance. Please note that reservations listed as “Table” are for our semi-private dining tables and are not seats at the omakase counter. Sushi Amane features one private dining room and four semi-private tables. Availability is limited, and advance reservations are strongly recommended. Private Dining For guests seeking a more personal setting, Sushi Amane offers a private dining room suited for celebrations, discreet gatherings, business dinners, and special occasions. The experience features our full seasonal omakase, guided by meticulous craftsmanship and accompanied by dedicated service throughout the evening. Private dining is available by advance reservation and subject to availability. Dietary Restrictions Our omakase is composed around seasonal ingredients and traditional preparation techniques. Because soy sauce and other essential ingredients are incorporated into many of our dishes, we are unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian menus, gluten allergies, or dietary restrictions requiring significant modifications. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation. Without advance notice, we may be unable to accommodate requests on the evening of your visit.
