Located on Chicago's North Shore, Hewn is an independently owned artisan bakery that focuses on hand-hewn, naturally fermented breads and pastries. Our breads and baked goods are naturally leavened and crafted from local grains. We're passionate about the art of bread making and committed to using the finest ingredients. We deliver freshly baked breads and pastries from our Evanston Bakehouse to the Winnetka outpost every Tuesday-Sunday.
