We are proud to unveil our most extraordinary offering yet: a 12-seat Sushi Omakase experience led by Chef Yugin, who brings more than a decade of mastery as the right hand to a legendary sushi master in New York. YŪGIN is located within, Coco’s at Colette, a private members club in the iconic General Motors Building. Members of Coco’s at Colette should access bookings for Yugin through their App for member rates. An administrative charge of 20% will be added to the total costs of your party’s experience at Yugin.  This administrative fee applied to your experience, or any portion thereof, does not represent a tip or gratuity, and is not distributed as a gratuity to the staff associated with your experience or any other employee at the venue.  This fee is intended to cover operating expenses associated with your experience and is retained by the Company.  Pursuant to New York State regulations we are required to charge sales tax on this administrative fee.  Service staff are separately and fully compensated by the Company and gratuities are not required or accepted at Yugin.
