Operated by UO SEAFOOD, a trusted local fish market, we serve sushi made with the same market-fresh, premium-quality fish we carefully source and prepare every day. Our chefs bring experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and NOBU, crafting well-balanced nigiri and seasonal dishes with care—without the formality of a traditional high-end sushi bar. In addition to omakase nigiri, guests are welcome to enjoy izakaya-style small plates, sashimi, sake, and beer, making UO NIGIRI a comfortable spot for everything from a full omakase experience to a relaxed dinner with friends or family. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.
