Ungrafted is the story of a couple who fell in love through wine (Master Sommeliers Rebecca Fineman and Christopher Gaither), and it shows. The bottles are superb — their favorite, Champagne, is very prominent on the wine list — and even the food, crafted by executive chef David Aviles (formerly of Michelin-starred Acadia) has something for everyone.
