Nom Wah Tea Parlor
New YorkNew York's first dim sum joint (c. 1920) is a classic for our times. The old diner-style bones remain, but the dim sum has grown as contemporary as Nom Wah is historic: egg rolls have been upgraded to a newer “original” model with an egg crepe wrapped in; classic turnip cakes are now cubed and tricked out with XO sauce. The result is irresistible.
