It’s always fun dining on the courtyard outside of Maximilien at Pike Place Market, but even more so when the weather turns wet and wild because: igloos. The waterproof dome keeps the weather out but the views of Elliot Bay and the Great Wheel in. Meant for five guests at a time, the four-course tasting menu changes, often featuring dishes from different regions of France. This is a commitment: Absolutely no refunds allowed, so if you can’t go, find someone who can, or get your meal to go. But what’s the fun in that?
