This iconic NoHo cocktail haven, shuttered for four years, has come back swinging in more ways than one. Tables inset with leather, an Andy Warhol disco ball, and an enigmatic mural by artist Kiki Kogelnik (who created the bar’s ghostly chameleon logo) set the scene for a treasury of cocktails, new and traditional, and a short menu of cocktail-perfect food.
