Forget wine snobbery at this intimate Bushwick offshoot of the Lower East Side original. The point here is to order something from the immense wine list — full of unusual choices, mostly natural or biodynamic, with plenty by the glass — and then something from the menu of tapas, charcuterie, tinned Spanish seafood, and cheese. Then just settle back and enjoy yourselves.
