Upper East Side sushi lovers mourned when Oita closed in early pandemic days, but proprietors Andy Bae and Eugene Lee brought their dazzling omakase menus (including kosher variations), temaki hand rolls, and occasional Korean specialties to Park Slope, and Brooklyn couldn’t be happier.
