Farewell Bar Tulix, hello Bar Mercer. This is a reboot, redesign, (and renaming) of a prime Soho spot, now with chef Preston Clark of Lure in the kitchen. Here, he’s cooking up upscale English pub fare with the pints to match. Think fish and chips, “hangover” pasta with ham, bacon, and a sunny side up egg, and crispy fried oysters.
