Two culinary vets — Singapore’s acclaimed chef Akmal Anuar and chef Mark Yu (the former executive chef of Pastis) — have joined forces to create a truly pan-Asian menu that’s as elegant and refined as their environs, which occupy a part of Jean Nouvel’s architectural masterpiece at 53 West 53rd right by the Museum of Modern Art.
