A favorite of the Upper West Side, Dagon sits in a beautiful, large-windowed space that’s big on light wood, teal, and ’70s-inspired wallpaper. Here, chef-partner Ari Bokovza (of The Modern and Claudette) plants his flag “somewhere in the Mediterranean” for his bright menu, doling out freshly baked bread (don’t skip the Jerusalem bagel), tagines, kebabs, and the like.
