New York has its share of grand French bistros and brasseries, and this one, from Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr of Tribeca’s Frenchette, is no exception. To go along with all the standards, like leeks vinaigrette and escargot, do try some of the more unexpected offerings, like crisp barbajuans and rabbit paillard — all of which change with the seasons.
