This subterranean hideaway from a Little Branch alum (Chris Covey) couldn’t be cooler. Located beneath the Walker Hotel Tribeca, Saint Tuesday serves up both classic and inventive cocktails done right (including some made with rare specialty spirits) and live jazz nightly in an atmosphere that seems to channel both Left Bank Paris and speakeasy-era Manhattan.
