Stepping into Shinji’s feels like discovering a sunken treasure box with its horseshoe-shaped bar topped in gold granite and blue velvet drapes. Do not sleep on the drinks here, and do save room for food (it’s the cocktail bar counterpart to the incredible Noda sushi counter). P.S. Don't overlook their extensive collection of Japanese whisky, too.
