Tom Colicchio’s flagship restaurant was a standout for its accessible and refined approach to seasonal New American cooking when it first opened in 2001 and even after all these years it still is, no doubt about it. You can’t go wrong with whatever you decide to order, but we must say, the mushrooms are a non-negotiable.
