And it is located within the wood-clad confines of Sushi Mumi, a serene little gem in which chef-owner Marco Lin (a vet of Bryant Park’s Michelin-starred Sushi Ginza Onodera) presides over a 10-seat omakase counter. Expect a $250 tasting, done in the traditional Edomae style.
