This time it’s hand-pulled noodles (made with Washington wheat, no less) inspired by regional Chinese dishes, plus lots of local brews that make it all worthwhile. Get the Wanza mian — brothy wide noodles, topped with ground pork, Chinese broccoli, and chickpeas — it’s soul-affirming on those typical rainy Seattle days.
