After a year of hosting much-loved pop-ups at Gato, chefs Eric Brooks and Jacob Armando took over the place full-time, converting it to this mighty red-checkered-tablecloth tribute to traditional Italian fare, enhanced by an array of wines by the glass and bottle, and you won't want to miss it.
