Taking cues from the port city and fishing capital of Baja California, Ensenada, you can trust El Fish Marisquería and its chef-owner Julian Medina (of Kuxé and La Chula Taqueria) to more than know their way around Mexican seafood. The menu runs the gamut from the tried-and-true (ceviche, tostadas, and tacos) to the unusual: expect fideo (Mexican noodles) with lobster and black truffle, a clam chowder by way of a tortilla soup, and salmon skewers with kung pao salsa.
