Kimura

The joy of hot pot any time of year cannot be understated, and a prime exhibit of that is Kimura. Their traditional Japanese hot pots are something special — we’re particularly partial to the collagen nabe —and their izakaya fare is the perfect accompaniment (the grilled whole squid and spicy chilled tofu are especially tasty).
