Za-Ya
New YorkBecause Za-Ya may have some of the most underrated ramen in the city. One spoonful into their gyukotsu ramen, and all ails are bound to dissipate: The unctuous, marrow-rich-yet-light beef broth topped with braised short ribs and thin noodles is a dish to bookmark on rainy days or when the need for something comforting calls. Don’t skip the unagi pie (eel in puff pastry) either.
