Don’t call it a comeback. Delmonico’s has returned to FiDi in all its glory. The timeless menu, with caviar service, dover sole, and a porterhouse for two, hasn’t changed too much in the last two centuries — for good reason. Do note that this is the place where chicken a la king, lobster Newburg, and the wedge salad were invented, so order accordingly.
