Fans sighed when Jason Liang and John Chen closed Brush Sushi Izakaya in Decatur, but their reborn Brush Sushi (minus the izakaya menu) in Buckhead Village has everybody smiling. An elegant upgrade from the original, this one features binchotan preparations, dry-aged fish, and a dazzling omakase (book via O by Brush) with seductive sake or whisky pairings.
