New YorkVeteran sushi chef Cheng Lin is behind this new Edomae-style sushi counter in Williamsburg with a dazzling 18-course meal that changes daily with the seasons. Lin previously worked at Hatsuhana, Sushi Seki, Blue Ribbon Sushi, and most recently, Ito Tribeca. Fun fact: The restaurant is named for a Japanese comic book called “Shota No Sushi” about a young man’s passion for sushi.
