Popular local chef-restaurateur Aaron Bludorn, of Bludorn and Navy Blue fame, goes a little more casual with this three-meals-a-day Memorial offshoot, part gastropub, part upscale tavern. His longtime sous-chef Alexandra Peña heads up the kitchen, reworking favorites from the Bludorn menu and adding plenty of new delights.
