This union of American deli sensibilities and French luncheonettes results in the Platonic ideal of an all-day cafe in Bushwick. During the day, they serve breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks, and by night, La Cantine becomes a wine bar serving natty wines and small plates (and takes reservations).
