This 12-seat stunner offers a 17-course omakase (priced at $115 per person) with some sushi aficionados claiming it as one of the most underrated sushiya in town. Fish comes from Tokyo’s Toyosu market of course, with an eye towards seasonal specialties, like firefly squids in spring and iwashi (sardine) in the fall.
