The original Memorial-area KP’s (courtesy of restaurateur Kerry Pauly, aka the titular KP) has long had a devoted following — it’s the platonic ideal of an easy-going and lively American bistro. And this offshoot in Bellaire has it all: a 3,500-square-foot spot with two patios, a generously proportioned bar, and KP’s familiar, everybody-friendly menu.
