It’s a collaboration between two industry heavy hitters: Wilson Tang of Nom Wah and Sal Lamboglia of Cafe Spaghetti and Swoony’s. The two have joined forces for a Cantonese American style spot in Lamboglia’s home base of Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, serving up takeout-inspired classics like beef and broccoli and golden fried rice.
