It’s fitting that Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo make their way to Miami (they got their start in Florida) with their version of Italian-American-via-Los Angeles staples. Think little gem lettuce salads with Calabrian chile dressing, crunchy mozzarella sticks, meatballs, damn good pizzas (the L.A. Woman is a classic), tonnarelli cacio e pepe, rainbow cookies, and soft serve.
