It’s one thing to nibble on Cipriani’s carpaccio with a bellini in hand, it’s another to do it with some live jazz playing in the background. This second-level lounge, with its dark wooden bar, zebra-patterned banquettes and baby grand piano, is as swank as it comes. That includes the menu: oysters, caviar, the works.
