Chateau Royale, from the team behind Libertine, is as regal as it sounds, and it’s yet another great addition to New York’s long tradition of outstanding French restaurants. At the sleek dining room upstairs, you'd do well to order yourself an excellent martini, the sable with caviar beurre blanc, and the Hokkaido scallop 'Grenobloise.'
