It’s hard to say which is more electric at this Peruvian stunner, the vibrant, high-energy dining room and patio, or the stunning dishes coming out of the kitchen. A boatload of ceviche options (though the classic with corvino, choclo, and leche de tigre is a favorite), shrimp and calamari in anticuchera sauce, and the pisco sours are all highlights.
