This one’s unique: It’s a landmark, renovated Quonset hut near Fair Park, where the indoor-outdoor design features lots of cactus, the menu is seasonal and succinct (from none other than former Petra and The Beast chef Misti Norris), and the memorable cocktails are supplemented with beer made on-site.
