It’s a revival of one of the city’s most venerable restaurants, now overseen by some of the city’s best wine talent, hailing from St. Jardim and The Four Horsemen. Expect Fedora’s signature decades-long focus on anti-trend, neighborhood dining, with dishes like chicken cordon bleu and spaghetti with clams. And while the interior has a bit of a refresh, do look for the iconic neon sign outside. Thankfully, some things never change.
