New York is home to many excellent Italian restaurants, but this one, from the same team behind Chelsea's Bottino, adds a bit of British sensibility to its otherwise classically Italian menu. That means fritto misto with malt vinegar powder; porcini-dusted sweetbreads; and orecchiette with a Berkshire pork crumble.
