Chef Brian Lewis has evolved previous iterations of Bocado into this perfect Sandy Springs showplace for his crowd-pleasing cuisine — i.e., delicious staples like wood-fired pizzas and seared chicken breast done right. The Bocado burger, a fan favorite, only shows up occasionally, but is well worth watching for.
