Plantmade might seem like any other pizzeria in the city — there’s a wood-burning fireplace for the pies and Italian wines on the list — but dig a little deeper and you’ll notice that everything on the menu is entirely plant-based, from the cheeses to the desserts, and it’s all excellent, thanks to plant-based cooking pioneer Matthew Kenney.
