Any Italian will tell you that nobody makes pasta “like nonna,” and at this Tribeca trattoria, about 20 kinds of pasta per day are lovingly handmade by the real Nonna Dora — octogenarian Addolorata Marzovilla — who used to do the same for the dearly departed I Trulli. Definitely go for the pasta tasting.
